Welcome to our online tenant referencing portal. If you wish to proceed with purchasing a reference, you will shortly be asked to fill out our online payment form and reference application form. In order to start the process you will need to have the following information to hand:

• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your credit/debit card details
• Photographic proof of identity (i.e. valid photo driving license or passport) in jpg, png or tiff format
• Proof of income details (e.g. salary details, P60 or pension statement etc.)
• If employed: Employer contact details (i.e. company name, contact name, telephone number, email address)
• If self employed with accountant: Accountant contact details (i.e. company name, contact name, telephone number, email address)
• If self employed without accountant: Tax return or P60
• If not in full or part time employment: Documentary proof of income (e.g. pension or benefits statement)
• Contact details of any landlords or letting agents that they've rented property from in the last three years
• Addresses of all the properties that they've lived at during the last three years

Our referencing process consists of the following steps:

1. Tenant registration and online payment
2. Completion of application form
3. Application processed by us
4. Once complete, the final reference report is generated and a copy emailed to you

Due to the need for us to request and obtain references from third parties, please allow at least three working days for us to process your application and generate the reference report. Once the reference report has been completed, it will be emailed to you at the email address that you specify on the following page. In the interim, you'll be sent an email containing a link to a status page which will provide you with up to the minute information on the status of your application.
